Mumbai, Sept. 5 -- Tata Motors on Friday announced that it will fully pass on the benefit of the upcoming Goods and Services Tax (GST) reduction to its customers, making its passenger vehicles cheaper by as much as Rs.1.55 lakh from September 22.

The revision follows the GST Council's decision to rationalise tax rates, bringing passenger vehicles into the lower slab. The updated prices will apply across Tata's portfolio of cars and SUVs, covering both conventional and electric models.
