India, June 29 -- The Taliban government in Afghanistan has rejected Pakistan's claim that India is using its territory to operate against Islamabad.
Hamdullah Fitrat, deputy spokesperson of the Taliban government, told Tolo News that, based on its policy of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries, it does not allow anyone to use Afghan soil against any country.
Fitrat said, "Currently, there is no threat to anyone, and such concerns suggesting that one party is being nurtured against another are baseless."
"These concerns are therefore groundless. That said, we emphasise that relations with Pakistan are important to us and must be based on mutual interests," he said.
