New Delhi/IBNS, July 28 -- The Supreme Court will on Monday hear Justice Yashwant Varma's plea challenging a three-member top court panel's probe report on the recovery of a pile of unaccounted cash recovered from his residence, media reports said.
His plea will be heard by the bench of Justices Dipankar Datta and Augustine George.
A three-member panel of senior judges has recommended the initiation of proceedings to impeach former Delhi High Court judge Yashwant Varma, who was transferred to the Allahabad HC after the cash recovery.
The Supreme Court-appointed panel submitted its report to President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
