New Delhi, July 17 -- The Supreme Court has ordered the External Affairs and Home ministries to issue look-out notices to trace the Russian woman, who went missing with her five-year-old son from her marriage to an Indian man.

According to an NDTV report, Saikat Basu met Victoria while working in China as an engineer in an IT company. Later, they married in India in 2017.

However, their relationship fell apart, with Saikat Basu alleging that his wife was involved in an extramarital affair with a Russian embassy official. The couple has filed for a divorce, and their divorce proceeding is currently underway at a family court in Delhi's Saket.
