New Delhi/IBNS, Aug. 20 -- The Supreme Court has rejected the petitions that had sought a review of the order which led to the annulment of almost 26,000 teaching and non-teaching government jobs in West Bengal, media reports said.
The petitions were filed by the West Bengal government, School Service Commission (SSC) and sacked teachers.
A bench comprising Justices PV Sanjay Kumar and Satish Chandra Sharma rejected the petitions stating its April 3 judgement was passed after extensively hearing all arguments and taking all aspects in consideration.
