India, April 27 -- The Bengal Pro T20 League gets two more franchises on board, confirming six teams for the tournament.

Sona Biscuits Ltd, owners of the famous Sobisco and GD Sports Ventures of the Gee Dee Mining fame have been awarded the rights by The Cricket Association of Bengal.

With these six out of the eight franchises have been confirmed.

Snehasish Ganguly, President of the Cricket Association of Bengal said, We added Sobisco and Gee Dee Mining to our illustrious list of Franchise Owners.
