India, Nov. 5 -- Fresh intelligence inputs point to a significant escalation in Pakistan-backed terror activity in Jammu and Kashmir, just six months after Operation Sindoor - India's precision counter-terror offensive launched in response to the Pahalgam terror attack, according to an NDTV report.

The report warns that Pakistan-based outfits, particularly Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), are regrouping and mobilising for a fresh wave of coordinated strikes.

According to the intelligence dossier, these groups have ramped up infiltration, surveillance, and cross-border logistics since September.
