New Delhi/IBNS, Nov. 18 -- A video of Delhi bomber Dr. Umar Mohammad alias Umar-un-Nabi's video has surfaced online where he explains the "concept of suicide bombing".

A week after the Red Fort blast that killed at least 15 people, Umar was seen speaking about the "misunderstood concept" of "suicide bombing" in the undated video.

He says 'martyrdom' operation is one "when a person presumes that he is going to die for sure at a particular place and time".

"No one can predict exactly when or where they will die, and that it will happen if it is destined," Umar says and adds, "Don't fear death."
