New Delhi, Dec. 11 -- Keeping his cards close to his chest, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut on Wednesday refused to divulge his party's move in Rajya Sabha over the Citizenship (Amendment), Bill, 2019 but stated the scenario in the upper house where the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is short of majority is completely different.
