India, Feb. 20 -- A State Bank of India (SBI) Credit Card customer recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a rude message he received from a bank executive regarding his pending payment, media reports said.
Dhillon later commented, "I'm sorry, I'm not interested in this conversation, but I just wanted to inform you that your representative said, 'shrm shurm nahi hai apko, payment krni hoti hai, due date baad akal aati hai apko' over call and have a recording as well."
Sharing his experience, he confirmed that the message was indeed from an official SBI representative.
He added that upon checking, he found a small pending credit card due of Rs.2,000-3,000, and the representative had verified his details before making the remark....
