India, Nov. 15 -- The three-day Sanhati RYLA, (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) held from 6th to 8th November 2025 at Vivekananda Siksha Niketan High School, Bankura, comprised a well-structured schedule combining Leadership Training, Personal Development development, and Social Awareness.

The programme commenced with the inaugural session, which included flag hoisting, addresses by distinguished dignitaries, and an introductory Orientation for Participants and an interactive Ice Breaker.

During the subsequent sessions on the first day, the focus was on ethics and values in leadership, communication skills and public speaking, problem-solving, and peace building.
