New Delhi/IBNS, Dec. 16 -- In a temporary relief to Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in the long-running National Herald money-laundering case, a Delhi court has refused to take cognisance of the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) chargesheet against the Congress leaders at this stage.

The decision means the court will not proceed with the ED's complaint for now against Sonia and Rahul Gandhi and five others.

The court also ruled that Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, along with the other accused, are not entitled to a copy of the FIR at this stage, The Times of India reported.

However, the court allowed the ED to continue its investigation in the matter.
