India, Nov. 11 -- Investigators probing the Red Fort car explosion, which killed 13 people and injured at least 20 others on Monday evening, have traced one of the registered owners of the Hyundai i20 involved in the blast to Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir, sources told NDTV.
Police sources told NDTV that the vehicle, bearing registration number HR26 CE 7674, was originally registered in the name of Mohd Salman, a resident of Gurugram, Haryana.

According to officials, Salman told investigators he had sold the car to a man identified as Tariq, who hails from Pulwama.
