Hyderabad/IBNS, Feb. 5 -- The release of Ram Charan's upcoming Telugu film Peddi has been postponed to April 30, media reports said.
The sports drama was earlier scheduled to hit theatres on March 29.
The new release date was announced by Ram Charan on his X handle on Wednesday.
Actress Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead, while Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu appear in key supporting roles.
The film's music and background score are composed by A.R. Rahman.
Peddi is described as a sports drama rooted in rural life, blending action and emotion around a village-level cricket tournament.
