New Delhi/IBNS, May 23 -- The Delhi University on Thursday objected to Leader of Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's unannounced visit to the North Campus of Delhi University, alleging breach of institutional protocol and a disruption of student governance, media reports said.

As Gandhi visited the North Campus, the office of Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) was "cordoned off" by the LoP's security cover and none was allowed to enter.

The area was cordoned off for an hour when Gandhi's session was conducted.

The de facto supreme leader of Congress talked about representation, equality and academic justice.
