India, Feb. 15 -- At least 10 pilgrims, who were on their way to Maha Kumbh, died after the car that was carrying them collided with a bus in Prayagraj city of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday.

Nineteen others were injured in the incident that occurred in Meja area.

The accident spot is located on the Prayagraj-Mirzapur highway.

The travellers on the bus were also heading to Maha Kumbh.

They reportedly were coming to the holy city from Madhya Pradesh's Rajgarh.
