Mumbai, May 7 -- Punjab National Bank on Wednesday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs.4,642.9 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), reflecting a 50 percent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) increase from Rs.3,100.9 crore. On a sequential basis, the profit was marginally lower by 0.1 percent compared to Rs.4,648.6 crore in the previous quarter.

The public sector bank's total income for the quarter grew 13.1 percent to Rs.37,299 crore, up from Rs.32,976.5 crore in Q4 FY24.

Compared to the preceding quarter, the income rose 5.7 percent from Rs.35,286.4 crore.
