India, Nov. 14 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi, celebrating the NDA's sweeping victory in Bihar, predicted a potential split in the Congress and issued a stark warning to its allies, including those in West Bengal.
Addressing BJP workers and supporters at the party headquarters in Delhi, he accused Congress of "negative politics" that divides people along religious and caste lines and called out the party for lacking a constructive vision for the country.
"The emergence of this section has created deep disappointment within Congress. I suspect there may be another big division in the future. Supporters are beginning to see that Congress is drowning everyone in its negative politics," he added.
