New Delhi/IBNS, Dec. 25 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday attended the Christmas morning service at the Cathedral Church of the Redemption in the national capital, as the country marked the festival in the final week of the year.
The Prime Minister shared additional photographs from the visit, noting that the service reflected "the timeless message of love, peace and compassion," and expressed hope that the spirit of Christmas would inspire harmony and goodwill across society.
Modi's visit to the church on Christmas Day is being seen as an outreach to the Christian community, in line with similar gestures made by him in previous years.
