India, Jan. 29 -- A plus-sized US rapper has filed a multi-million-dollar lawsuit against ride-share company Lyft after the driver allegedly refused to give her a ride in the vehicle for her size.

Dajua Blanding, known on stage as Dank Demoss, is also a social media influencer based in Detroit.

Blanding reportedly recorded the encounter with the driver.

The driver allegedly told the woman that she could not fit in the sedan.

"I've been in cars smaller than that," she told FOX 2. "I just want them to know that it hurt my feelings."

Blanding has retained attorneys Jonathan Marko and Zach Runyan to sue for discrimination, the news channel reported.

Lyft said it condemns all forms of discrimination.
