Dubai/IBNS, Sept. 16 -- The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has now threatened to pull out of the Asia Cup 2025 after demanding the removal of Match Referee Andy Pycroft in response to Team India's refusal to shake hands with the Pakistani cricketers in the wake of the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, media reports said.
Later, the PCB demanded Pycroft's removal from the panel of referees alleging it was the Match Referee who asked the two captains- Pakistan's Salman Ali Agha and India's Suryakumar Yadav- not to shake hands at the toss.
Now, the PCB has threatened to boycott the rest of the matches if its demand is not fulfilled by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
