India, Sept. 20 -- At least three people, including two women, died, and five others were injured after an alleged drone strike by the Pakistani Army hit Zehri region in Pakistan's Balochistan region on Wednesday.

The strike took place near Tarasani, where relatives said the family had returned home after offering condolences in Surab and were gathered outside a house when they were targeted, reported The Balochistan Post.

The injured people were shifted to Khuzdar for treatment.

Local sources told The Balochistan Post that the drones continued to fly over the area after the strike, spreading fear among residents.

Locals, however, refuted the claim and said the deceased people were civilians.
