India, May 3 -- Indian envoy to Bangladesh Pranay Verma has said the Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir shook the conscience of the country.
"These killings have shaken our collective conscience," Verma was quoted as saying by ANI.
"But they have only made our resolve stronger to fight the scourge of cross-border terrorism to its end," he said.
"It has made our determination firmer never to allow the perpetrators of these attacks and their backers to ever succeed in their designs," Verma said while attending an event remembering those killed in the Pahalgam terror attack in the Indian High Commission in Dhaka.
One Nepali citizen was among the 26 people killed in the terror attack that triggered widespread condemnation.
