Srinagar/IBNS, July 28 -- Three terrorists have been killed in a gunfight between terrorists and security forces during Operation Mahadev in the Lidwas meadows of Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir, media reports said.

The operation is underway.

Operation Mahadev was launched jointly by the Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir.

Acting on an intelligence input, the security forces had launched the operation in the Mulnar area of Harwan.

Reinforcements were rushed to the spot.
