India, Nov. 22 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese on the sidelines of the G20 Leaders' Summit, with both leaders noting the steady expansion of India-Australia cooperation since the relationship was upgraded to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2020.
Albanese conveyed solidarity over the recent terror attack in India, and the two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to intensify the global fight against terrorism, according to an official statement.
They also stressed the importance of people-to-people exchanges.
