India, April 18 -- British smartphone manufacturer Nothing Technology is looking into increasing exports from India to navigate the uncertainty surrounding "Trump tariffs" and shifting global trade dynamics, media reports said.
According to an India Today report, the update came directly from the company's founder and chief executive officer Carl Pei during an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session on X, formerly known as Twitter.
When asked whether tariffs could impact the tech sector and Nothing's business in particular-especially in terms of pricing and consumption-Pei replied, "Who knows? Things are changing every day." On how the company is preparing to manage such risks, he added, "We're looking into increasing exports from India."
