India, Dec. 16 -- US authorities have arrested four members of a pro-Palestine group for allegedly plotting to attack two U.S. companies with improvised explosive devices (IEDs) during the upcoming New Year's Eve, officials said.

As per the US Department of Justice, the four arrested individuals belong to a group named Turtle Island Liberation Front.

FBI chief Kash Patel said: "The charges made public today show the FBI and our partners disrupted a dangerous New Year's Eve plot to simultaneously target two U.S. companies with multiple explosive devices."
