Kolkata/IBNS, Nov. 24 -- A man and a woman have been arrested in connection with the death of Chartered Accountant Adarsh Losalka, whose body was found at a Kasba hotel, media reports said.

Komal Saha and her male companion Dhruba Mitra, both 20, were taken into custody within 24 hours of Losalka's body being discovered.

The 33-year-old CA was found naked with his legs tied, and police said he had suffered a head injury and died due to asphyxiation.

According to police, Komal, who claimed to work as a content writer for a dating app's website, was actually an escort, while Dhruba acted as her agent, The Times of India reported.

The duo reportedly lived together in East Sinthee, Dum Dum.
