Kolkata/IBNS, July 16 -- Two days prior to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's state visit, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will on Wednesday hold a mega rally in Kolkata protesting against the harassment of Bengali migrants in Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-ruled states.

Mamata, who has been under the pump over the Kasba rape incident, will hold the march from North Kolkata's College Square to Central Kolkata's Dorina Crossing at 1 pm.

She will be joined by her nephew and Trinamool Congress (TMC) national general secretary and MP, Abhishek Banerjee.

The last time Mamata held a rally was in August last year on the RG Kar issue.
