India, Jan. 30 -- In a major setback for prosecutors, a New York federal judge on Friday dismissed murder and weapons charges against Luigi Mangione, the man accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO in Midtown Manhattan, a decision that removes the possibility of a death penalty if he were convicted, media reports said.
