New Delhi/IBNS, May 1 -- A major fire broke out at a popular art and craft market in the national capital on Wednesday evening. No casualties have been reported.

The fire broke out at 8.55 pm at Dilli Haat, according to the Delhi Fire Service.

Even though no injuries were reported in the fire, around 25 to 30 stalls were completely burnt to ashes in the market, said reports.

Delhi Tourism Minister Kapil Mishra, in a post on X, said the fire was doused.

"There are no reports of any casualties in the fire. I am going to Delhi Haat," he said.
