Kolkata/IBNS, June 2 -- Students and teachers of Loreto College attended the joint inauguration of the first volumes of two multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed e-journals published by the college via an online programme last Wednesday.

Among the journals, "Peritia", brought out by the Department of Bachelor of Education, focuses exclusively on research and scholarly investigations pertaining to teacher education.

Both students and faculty members from any academic institution can contribute to these journals.

The two e-journals were launched by Rev. Dr. Fr Felix Raj, Vice-Chancellor of St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, an educationist and lifelong supporter of high-quality research and academic pursuits.
