Kolkata/IBNS, Nov. 26 -- Laser Power & Infra Limited, an integrated manufacturer of power cables, conductors and specialised components for India's power transmission and distribution sector, has announced fresh orders cumulatively worth Rs.836 crore from NTPC, Kanpur Electric Supply Company Ltd (KESCo) and Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JDVVNL).

The projects fall under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) and involve the supply of the company's in-house manufactured power cables, conductors and system-strengthening materials.
