India, Dec. 26 -- Demonstrators staging a sit-in protest over the alleged enforced disappearance of four members of a family, including two women, continued to block the CPEC Highway in Pakistan's Kech district for a third consecutive day on Thursday.
According to local media reports, the two women have been identified as Khairun Nisa and Hani Dilwash.
The prolonged blockade has left hundreds of trucks, cars, and other vehicles stranded on both sides of the highway, severely disrupting traffic and daily movement in the area.
"We have been sitting on the highway for the last three days, but our family members have not been recovered so far," the protesters were quoted as saying by Dawn News.
