India, July 16 -- England's star batter Joe Root has reclaimed the top position in the ICC Men's Test Batting Rankings within a week of losing it to fellow Yorkshire player Harry Brook while Scott Boland has attained a career best as five Australians are now in the top 10 of the bowling rankings.
