India, Feb. 16 -- Ashutosh Gowariker's period drama Jodhaa Akbar, starring Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai, has completed 17 years since its release.To commemorate the milestone, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will host a special screening of the film in Los Angeles in March 2025, media reports said.
The historical epic portrays the union of Mughal Emperor Akbar and Rajput princess Jodha Bai, brought to life by the captivating performances of Roshan and Rai.
Their compelling chemistry, combined with Gowariker's nuanced storytelling, cemented Jodhaa Akbar as a cinematic masterpiece.
