India, April 26 -- Police have detained a pony service provider in Jammu and Kashmir after a video went viral on the social media where a female tourist alleged that a man interrogated her about her religion.

The tourist could be seen showing the photograph of the detained person in the video.

The arrest has been made when Indian security service has launched a massive crackdown to nab those terrorists behind the Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir which left 26 people, mostly tourists, dead.

Acting swiftly, the police identified the suspect as Aiyaz Ahmad Jungal, son of Gh Nabi Jungal, a resident of Gohipora Raizan, Ganderbal, reported India Today.

Authorities are currently interrogating him.
