India, March 24 -- Indian security forces on Monday busted a terrorist hideout in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag region, police said.
Anantnag Police said the operation was conducted by Special Operations Group (SOG) Anantnag, Army's 19 Rashtriya Rifles (RR), and CRPF in the higher reaches of Sanglan forest.
The police posted on X: " SOG Anantnag, 19 RR & CRPF bust terrorist hideout in Sanglan Forest, Uttersoo!"
"Stay vigilant, report suspicious activity!" police posted on X.
Gun battle in Kathua
A girl was injured during a fierce gunbattle between terrorists and Indian security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua region on Sunday.
The girl was taken to hospital for treatment.
Her condition is reportedly stable.
