New Delhi, April 17 -- IT services giant Infosys on Thursday reported a 12% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit to Rs.7,033 crore for the quarter ended March 2025 (Q4FY25), even as revenue rose 7.9% YoY to Rs.40,928 crore, the company said in an exchange filing.

The record date for the dividend, as well as the Annual General Meeting (AGM), has been set for May 30, 2025, with the payout scheduled for June 30.
