Gurugram, July 31 -- IndiGo reported a net profit of Rs.2,176 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, marking a resilient performance amid geopolitical tensions, airspace restrictions, and a recent tragic aviation accident in Ahmedabad.
While this profit was 20.2% lower than the Rs.2,729 crore recorded in the same quarter last year, passenger demand remained strong.
The airline carried 31 million passengers during the quarter, up 11.6% year-on-year.
However, yields dropped by 5% to Rs.4.98 per km, and the load factor dipped 2.1 percentage points to 84.6%.
On the cost side, total expenses rose 10.2% to Rs.19,231 crore, with fuel costs down 9.1% but other expenses rising 21.5%.
