India, April 7 -- The Indian Army's field hospital, which was established as part of the Operation Brahma, has treated 800 patients in the earthquake-hit Myanmar that has been battered by the tremor.
The Indian Embassy in Myanmar posted on X: "Our Field Hospital has been widely appreciated in Myanmar with 800 patients so far. Sr. Gen. Min Aung Hlaing visited it today. An IAF C17 brought its replenishment as also food aid for needy communities, and carried our NDRF team back after a successful Mission."
India continued to show solidarity with the Myanmar government to tackle the crisis following the severe earthquake that hit the region by sending 442 tonnes of food aid to the neighbouring nation as a part of humanitarian aid.
