India, Jan. 11 -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference for the Kutch and Saurashtra regions in Rajkot, asserting that India is advancing with "remarkable certainty" at a time of heightened global uncertainty.
