Lucknow/IBNS, May 11 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh virtually inaugurated the BrahMos Aerospace Integration and Testing Facility in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow on Sunday.

Inaugurating the facility, Singh hailed Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for completing the facility well on time.

"BrahMos is a message to our enemies and reflects the strength of the country. This facility will enhance India's power even more," he said.

The Defence Technologies & Test Centre (DTTC), spread over approximately 22 acres, is set up to accelerate the growth of the defence and aerospace manufacturing clusters in the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor (UP DIC), an official statement said.
