India, Feb. 4 -- India's Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) on February 3 successfully demonstrated the Solid Fuel Ducted Ramjet (SFDR) technology from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Chandipur, off the coast of Odisha, officials said.

The successful test places India among an elite group of nations possessing this advanced propulsion technology, which enables the development of long-range air-to-air missiles capable of providing a significant tactical advantage over adversaries.
