Ahmedabad/IBNS, Feb. 12 -- India white-washed England in the One Day International [ODI] series 3-0 in a big boost to the team ahead of Champions Trophy.
India triumphed over England in the third and final ODI by 142 runs at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Wednesday.
Shubman Gill slammed his seventh ODI century catapulting India to 356 in 50 overs.
Gill, who hit 14 fours and 3 sixes, scored 112 off 102 balls marking his consistency in the series.
England could not leverage India captain Rohit Sharma's early exit in the afternoon as Gill was joined by Kohli, who returned to form with 52 which was an exhibition of his vintage shots.
