India, May 10 -- US President Donald Trump on Saturday wrote on his social media handle that India and Pakistan have agreed to a 'full and immediate ceasefire'.
Trump said the two warring countries reached the agreement after a 'long night of talks mediated by the United States'.
The Indian government has not commented on the issue so far.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio also confirmed Trump's comments and said the two neighbours have agreed to an immediate ceasefire.
