India, Feb. 21 -- Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly on Friday said he did not suffer any injury after he escaped a car accident on the Durgapur Expressway in West Bengal.
"I suffered from no injuries and scratches and even went to attend a function after that. Everything is fine. Dont's worry," he said during an event.
Ganguly, a former Indian cricket board president, was on his way to Burdwan University for an event when the collision took place.
As per reports, a lorry suddenly overtook Ganguly's Range Rover forcing the car driver to apply brakes.
The sudden application of brakes led other cars of Ganguly's convoy to collide with each other with one of them hitting the Range Rover.
