India, Dec. 7 -- The British Crown Prosecution Service has announced charges against a former doctor for alleged sexual assaults carried out against 38 victims who were patients in his care.
The doctor was identified as Nathaniel Spencer, 38, of Quinton, Birmingham.
As per CPS website, he was charged on December 5 with 15 counts of sexual assault, 17 counts of assault by penetration, nine counts of sexual assault of a child under 13, three counts of assault of a child under 13 by penetration, and one count of attempting to assault by penetration.
This follows an investigation by Staffordshire Police which looked at offences against 38 patients between 2017 and 2021.
