India, Dec. 13 -- Akshaye Khanna has been making headlines ever since Dhurandhar released, where the stylish actor is seen playing the character of Rehman Dakait, winning hearts and the appreciation of fans.

Now, a West Bengal politician shared her nostalgic memories about the actor who was her senior in school.

Saira Shah Halim, who contested in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, recalled Akshay Khanna's popularity at Lawrence School Lovedale.

Halim called him the original 'heartbreak' kid of school.

"Perhaps i haven't shared this before,but Akshaye Khanna was a couple of years senior to us at Lawrence School Lovedale where i was a boarder along with my brother @MajorAliShah," she wrote on X.
