Mumbai/IBNS, Nov. 6 -- Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Anand Dubey has slammed Mumbai Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Ameet Satam's remark which was passed in response to Zohran Mamdani's New York City Mayoral election win, saying the saffron party leader's "mental state has deteriorated".

After anti-Modi Mamdani won the elections that paved his way to become the first Indian-American Muslim Mayor of the city, Satam said "no Khan" can be imposed on the financial capital of India.

In response, Dubey said, "Ameet Satam's mental state has deteriorated. From the day he became president, he realised he was about to be wiped out... That's why he's been making bizarre statements about the mayor of Mumbai from day one...
